He has spent over a decade working for one of the largest heritage consultancies in Australia in senior technical and management roles. During this time, he has also undertaken secondment roles in local government and Commonwealth Departments.
Julian possesses a nuanced understanding of heritage legislation and processes at the local, State, and Commonwealth levels throughout Australia.
He offers expert heritage management input for projects ranging from alterations and additions to residential, educational, and commercial developments, as well as large-scale precinct renewals, master plans, and complex infrastructure projects.
